Flat Rate Shipping Terms & Multiple Boxes to the same location -
- Flat rate & free shipping (if offered) is applicable to a maximum of 2 gift boxes being shipped to the same location.
- Multiple gifts (more than two) being shipped to the same location do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote at 403-782-0250 or email@example.com
- Any orders that are placed with multiple gift boxes (more than two) that have selected flat rate shipping - the order will be on hold until the additional shipping charges have been paid.
- Multiple Box Shipping to the same location - flat rate and all other shipping options (Expedited, Xpress Post & Priority rates) are for a maximum of two boxes being shipped to the same location - please contact us for a shipping quote for multiple boxes to the same location 403-782-0250 or firstname.lastname@example.org
LATER SHIPPING DATES: Later shipping is the day the gift leaves the warehouse, not the day the gift is delivered (gift delivery date will depend on the method of shipping selected and carrier shipping times). Please plan for 2-9+ business days for the shipping process.
Gifts will ship out on timelines according to our policies below but may be delayed because of carrier delays. Gift Smack is not responsible for carrier delays.
SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA
- Mon−Fri: Orders placed before 11:59PM will ship out the following business day.
- During the peak holiday season (Nov/Dec) gifts will be shipped next-day or later.
- Alberta & BC: 1−3+ business days (in non peak times).
- Other Provinces/Territories: 4−9+ days (in non peak times).
- Please note: we work with third party for deliveries outside of the Red Deer Area and are unable to redirect deliveries with this partner once they have left our warehouse.
- Large Orders - Multiple boxes delivered to a single location may be boxed together.
- Festive Season – To avoid disappointment, please order as early as possible during Nov/Dec.
- Special Instructions - Please note that special instructions may delay your order. If we have questions regarding your instructions, we will contact you at the email provided at checkout.
If gifts are shipped and unable to be delivered because of customer error on address entry, gifts will be returned to Gift Smack Gift Company. To resend the gift, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping costs again. Gift Smack will contact the customer regarding the returned gift, if there is no reply within 30 days, the gift will be considered abandoned.
If the customer does not wish to resend the gift, a refund will be provided less the cost of shipping and a $15 restocking fee.
