Canada Post & Carrier Requirements
Canada Post classifies intoxicating beverages as controlled goods. All alcohol shipments must comply with the applicable federal, provincial, and municipal requirements in the destination jurisdiction. Gift Smack ships alcohol only where permitted under those rules.
Province Availability
Alcohol delivery is not available in all provinces and territories. Whether alcohol items can be shipped to your address will be indicated during checkout. If alcohol products cannot be shipped to your destination, they will not be available for delivery at that location — you are welcome to contact us before ordering if you have questions about your province.
