We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).

PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.

For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.

What if the gift recipient isn't home?

Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.

Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.

Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe

Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.

Canada-wide shipping:

Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.

Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.

Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

  • Made using bronze casts for a textured surface that helps sauces cling, unlike the smooth finish of mass-produced pasta extruded through Teflon casts.
  • Slowly dried at 30°C for 12–20 hours, depending on thickness, to help the centre stay firmer during cooking.
  • Ideal for cold salads, cheese sauces and creamy sauces.
