We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).
PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.
For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.
What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe
Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.
Canada-wide shipping:
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.
Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

For holiday delivery, select Hold For The Holiday. Shipping begins the week of December 1, with orders sent in the order received. This gift is not available for shipping before Dec 1st.
Every gift is hand-packed in our signature boutique box and includes a complimentary handwritten note card. No billing, pricing, or gift-title information is included. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable product of the same type and equal or greater value, selected to meet the gift’s quality and aesthetic.
If you order 3 gifts or more, lead times may exceed our standard 1 business day. We’ll contact you after your order to confirm shipping timing and any additional shipping costs.
