Delivery:

We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).
PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.
For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.
What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe
Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.
Canada-wide shipping:
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.
Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

Inside the box
Every box is hand-packed in our signature mod packaging and includes a complimentary handwritten note card. Gifts are packed inside a protective shipping box, with no billing or pricing information included.
We work with small Canadian businesses and reserve the right to make an occasional substitution with a comparable item of equal or greater value if availability changes.
For orders of 3 gifts or more, lead times may be longer than our standard 1 business day. We will contact you after ordering to confirm shipping timing and costs.
